Synergy offers the following inspection services to fully ensure that you have no "surprises" when you receive your shipments from India.
Synergy, focus on the following categories of products for carrying out third party inspection :
- Machined components of all types like turned, milled, EDM wire cut, spark erosion, tooling and fixtures, etc.
- Castings, forgings, hardware and all kinds of mechanical sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Mechanical fabricated structures
- Sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies including pressed components
A brief description of the types of inspection and quality assurance services we offer are:
- Preparation or verification of the quality control plan or PPAP.
- Quality process audit of manufacturers including verification of calibration status and operating condition of all quality control equipment, traceable to national and international standards
- In-process inspection of tooling and fixtures
- In –process inspection of first articles or PPAP quantities.
- In case of casting, in-process witness of metal pouring and on-line measurement and reporting of chemical composition.
- Inspection of the finished components
- Third party material testing (including chemical and mechanical properties) at accredited laboratories to validate suppliers own test results.
